We decided to participate in Take a Kid Fishing Weekend today and stopped by a lake nearby to throw Simon's line in the water. He lasted a good 10 minutes (5 of which were spent eating a snack) and shockingly we didn't catch anything. But I figure he should get used to that with the luck we typically have fishing. After that we headed towards the park so he could pretend to drive stuff. Everyone wins.
