We're Here
We had a pretty uneventful trip here with the exception of Erica losing 1 shoe 30 seconds after we got on the plane. She found it a few rows back eventually. By the time we got to the hotel it was 9:15pm Korea time and we'd all been awake for over 24hours so we went right to bed and got a decent amount of sleep for the first night. We went to one of the palaces this morning, volunteered at the baby nursery at the adoption agency this afternoon and are hitting Korean bbq tonight. While we were walking around the palace we saw Henry Winkler! So we stalked him a bit to get some pics and then laughed as another caucasian lady ran up towards them, assuming she was going to ask for a picture, and then instead she asked a guy who was clearly Henry's body guard to take a picture of her family! Ha! The baby nursery was a lot of fun. We mostly just picked up the babies who were crying and played with them. But we also gave some bottles and changed some diapers. There were a few babies in particular that captured our hearts. There was a set of twin girls that were not next to each other in the nursery but when we took them out at the same time they were lunging for each other and it was so cute to see how they recognized each other right away.
