Holy Heat Index

It appears to finally be summer! Apparently summer in Arizona, but whatever works. I'm not complaining. We enjoyed a nice day at Steve's parent's cabin on Sunday.  We even took Gretzky out for a boat ride.

Gretzky is not typically allowed on the boat, but she borrowed her cousin's lifejacket and had a good time. And I can finally say a definitive "this is our last" statement.  This will be our last summer without Simon. Next year Gretzky may have to stay at home because I don't know if I could handle her and Simon at the same time.  Luckily, Simon is already equipped for next summer's boating adventures.  Steve's parents bought Simon a lifejacket awhile back.
