Simon Says: Pictures are on their way!

Hallelujah! We received an email today with updated information on Simon's development and a note that a CD of pictures is in the mail and on it's way to us! A WHOLE CD!  Simon's foster mom brought it into the agency for us.  We are SO grateful.

We have the checklist of developmental items that he is mastering and I'm cracking up that the only box not checked is: Cooperates with Dressing! Ha! He is also up to 21.6 lb. and 27.9 inches.  He has 4 teeth on top and 2 on the bottom. He has started eating solid food and is feasting on rice, vegetables, boiled pumpkin porridge, cheese, and yogurt.  He also:

• crawls
• walks while holding onto furniture or someone's hands
• waves bye-bye
• stands alone for a few seconds
• throws objects (Steve would like them to specify if he is a righty or lefty)
• says "umma" (mom) and "mamma" (food) meaningfully
• shows understanding of words
• enjoys looking at pictures in books
