We randomly received some pictures of Simon today! Kinda strange, since he wasn't supposed to go in until February? Not sure what to make of this. Could be that they had to go in for his foster brother so they just did his appt. at the same time. But would be a slightly large coincidence that his foster bro's monthly "birthday" is exactly when Simon usually visits? Could be his visa exit interview appointment thingy...or whatever it's called. Unfortunately, even if it is a visa related appointment they are good for months so it really doesn't mean anything about our timeline.
It doesn't look like Simon was in the best of spirits during this appointment. I said that he looks how I feel. Steve says Simon looks like he was expecting someone to be there and is disappointed they (we) weren't. *tear*
Thank you to everyone for your kind thoughts and being upset on behalf of us. Our adoption agency and the Korean adoption agency and other entities are doing their best to encourage the paperwork's progression. Hopefully this doesn't go on much longer. And in case it does I was fitted for a mouthguard today to prevent me from clenching my teeth right out of their sockets.
